More often than not parts of Eqotime's editorial team are out on the internet, searching for interesting wristwatches and information. When we find something it is our duty to share it with our readers. Three watches, three auctions is exactly what it sounds like. Wristwatches that will be hammered at auction and that we for various reasons consider worth taking a look at.
Tissot Heritage Navigator Chronometer
First object out is an unusual Tissot Heritage Chronometer that goes by the name ”Navigator”. This particular object is from the heritage series, which are remakes of older models but here in a modern version. Extra fun with this particular example is the case in 18k and that it comes as a full set.
The watch is hammered at Kaplans Auktioner this Saturday on 3/10.
Blancpain Moonphase Calendar
These classics from Blancpain are not super common to find at auction. This particular example from 1995 is stripped down in its design while at the same time having both moon phase and date display. The case in steel measures a neat 34mm and is driven by a manual cal 64-1 which the editorial team thinks there is a bit more feeling in.
The watch is hammered at Bukowskis Market on 6/10.
Omega Seamaster Cosmic
Omega has produced a host of wristwatches over the last century. This 70s Seamaster Cosmic just looks really decent and is worth taking a look at.
The watch is hammered at Stockholms Auktionsverk on 6/10.
