Watches & Wonders 2025: News from A. Lange & Söhne

The German giants A. Lange & Söhne presented several exciting novelties at this year's fair, we take another at a few of them here.

Minute Repeater Perpetual

With the Minute repeater perpetual A. Lange & Söhne launches a watch with a minute repeater, which is combined with a perpetual calendar. Each one of these complications represents a technical achievement in itself, but the combination of the two constitutes an even greater challenge – both for the engineers and the watchmakers, since the precise adjustment and harmonisation of all the mechanisms requires a high degree of technical expertise and craftsmanship skill. The carefully and by hand craft finished timekeeper with an enamel disc, which is produced in-house, comes in an edition in 950 platinum, limited to 50 pieces.

It was Ferdinand Adolph Lange's vision to create pocket watches that are a harmonious fusion of precision, functionality and elegance. The new 1815 follows this tradition; it is available in a version in 750 rose or white gold whose case proportions radiate an unpretentious simplicity. Its diameter of 34 millimetres and a height of only 6,4 millimetres corresponds to the wish of many enthusiasts. Its elegant appearance as well as the remarkable wearing comfort make the 1815 the ideal companion for everyday life

Odysseus Honeygold

The Odysseus was developed particularly to meet the extremely high expectations that its wearer has of a precision mechanical watch – even during their sports and leisure activities. For this purpose it is equipped with a robust automatic movement and a case that withstands a test pressure of 12 bar. We present the sportily elegant Odysseus in a 750 honey gold case (Honeygold®), complemented with a brown dial and a honey gold bracelet. The watch, which is limited to 100 watches, thereby radiates a particular type of stylish elegance.
