Longines Heritage Classic Tuxedo
Longines makes a strong nod to the 1940s ”Tuxedo dials” with its new Classic Tuxedo model. In recent years Longines has developed what we on the Eqotime editorial team consider a successful group of models in its heritage line. A line where the design is based on earlier models that these days can only be found as vintage.

Longines makes a strong nod to the 40s ”Tuxedo dials” with its new model Classic Tuxedo. In recent years Longines has brought out what we at Eqotimes editorial staff consider a successful flock of models in its heritage series. A series where the design is based on earlier models which nowadays can only be found as vintage.
With its latest release Longines now goes even further back in time and with a revival of a classic ”Tuxedo dial”. A type of dial where the middle of the dial is in silver surrounded by a sharp contrast ring all around in black. The case measures a well judged 38,5mm and is driven by an L893 which in turn is based on the ETA A31.501.
We say props to Longines and a very successful release!
