Charity auction from Breitling at Klockkvaliten at Kaplans

At Kaplans’ coming auction Klockkvaliten in November the manufacturer Breitling has chosen to auction off an outstanding and unique watch. The proceeds from the sale will be donated to Operakällaren Foundation. And the money will go towards giving more people in East Africa access to clean water. The auction concerns lot number 119 which is a newly made Breitling AVI Ref. 765 1953 re-edition.

– We feel extra honoured that Breitling has chosen to auction off this watch at Klockkvaliten at Kaplans. It feels very good for us as an auction house to be able to contribute and help out with such a pleasant assignment, says Georgios Batselas, head of Kaplans Klockvärdering.

Breitling AVI Ref. 765 1953 re-edition is limited and selected within Breitling’s yearly strategy of relaunching 1–2 models from earlier collections. The purpose of the new production is also to pay tribute to the earlier original model from the year 1953 which has come to be called the ”Co-Pilot”.

The proceeds will go in full to Operakällaren Foundation’s partner organisation WaterAid. A very good initiative, we think, here at Eqotime!
