Purchase and subscription terms
Out of Time Magazine has the right to change these terms, including current prices, by informing the customer within a reasonable time before the changes take effect. If the customer does not accept new terms or prices, the customer has the right to cancel their subscription as of the date on which the change takes effect. Cancellation can be made through our customer service.
Any changes to the terms are communicated to the customer by email to the registered email address given when the subscription was taken out.
Terms for magazine subscriptions
Fixed-term subscription
With a subscription to Out of Time Magazine, the magazine is delivered only during the period stated on the subscription invoice and/or in the order form.
Advance payment
The subscription system is based on the subscription fee being paid in advance. No refund is granted when the subscription is cancelled early. (Except in the event of death, when the outstanding amount is refunded minus an administrative fee of SEK 49.)
This section of the purchase terms applies to delivery of the magazine.
Change of address
Changes to your subscription should be reported at least one week in advance. A permanent change of address is free of charge.
Delivery of the magazine
Out of Time Magazine strives to have the magazine distributed to you without disruption. No absolute delivery guarantee can be given and we ask you to contact us as soon as possible in the event of any disruption. The magazine's financial liability is limited to the missing copies you report and to the subscription price for these, which means that after a report the subscription is extended by the corresponding number of days.
Reservation
With postal distribution, Out of Time Magazine unfortunately cannot influence the postal service's delivery times.
Delivery abroad
Delivery abroad can only be ordered by agreement with Out of Time's Customer Service. For delivery abroad, shipping takes longer, and Out of Time Magazine disclaims responsibility for shipments abroad after we have handed the magazine over to the postal service. Contact our customer service if the magazine has not arrived within one month of the release in Sweden.
Right of withdrawal
14 days from the time of purchase.
