The apocalyptic mood around the Corona virus is now making Baselworld 2020 cancel the fair in April. Instead Baselworld 2021 is brought forward to February next year.
It is not only the watch industry that is cancelling its larger fairs because of the situation around the Corona virus. The car industry is cancelling too, for example it has been announced that the largest car show in Genéve, GIMS, is postponing this year's fair to the future.
